Education and/or Experience:

·         B.A in Engineering and a post graduate qualification in sales and marketing would be advantage.

·         5-8 years’ experience in a similar position of Sales Manager/ Senior Sales Engineer

·         Previous experience working in a multi-national company and selling similar or associated products (Piping, MV Cable, Cable Tray, Clamps, Hose, Automotive parts, Compression Fittings) marketing/selling to the distribution centers/services, industry, wholesale, general industry, etc.

·         Experience in or setting up distribution networks for projects and wholesales.

·         Demonstrated ability to apply solution selling or cross selling as part of organic sales.

·         Demonstrated ability to penetrate new markets and to close deals.

Other Skills and Abilities:

·         Excellent interpersonal and communication skills at all levels within an international manufacturing environment.

·         Strong written and spoken English is a must.

·         Local national or permanent resident speaking and writing the local language.

·         Ability to develop an internal, informal network.

·         Proficient in the use of standard software packages.

·         Ability to work autonomously and effectively in a fast paced and evolving environment, self-motivated, with a strong entrepreneurial spirit.
