본문[Responsibilities] Meets, greets, and delivers excellent customer service to in house players Arranges hotel, transportation, room amenities and other needs for in house players Prepare and follow-up on-day guests’ arrival and arrival of casino players Assure all room/limousine reservation is correct and ready before guest arrives Handle premium program settlement and supervise Conduct and assist guest auto settlement [Requirements] Above 21 years old Customer service experience in hotel/ casino-resort/ retail being an advantage Must be bilingual in Mandarin and Korean; Good command in English is preferrable |
